LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF DEALONGO SOFTWARE

All property rights and copyrights (c) to DealOngo (hereinafter SOFTWARE) are exclusively owned by PDASet Software and are legally protected by Ukrainian and international law.

Any copy of the SOFTWARE installed without purchase of Upgrade Key shall be considered as Unregistered (Lite). Unregistered copy of the SOFTWARE may have some functions disabled.

A Registered copy of the SOFTWARE is defined as installed one for which Registration Key is purchased.

Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer at a time. You may backup the SOFTWARE, as long as you do not distribute the copy. The backup must be for back up purposes only, and must not be used as a separate copy at the same time as your primary copy.

According to the present license agreement you are granted the right for free technical support on the Internet within 6 months since the registration.

ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT LICENSE AGREEMENT PDASET SOFTWARE DOES NOT UNDERTAKE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE USERS OF UNREGISTERED COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. PDASET SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE, or any subset of the SOFTWARE, except as provided for in this Agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

You may not transfer Registration Key or any registration information of the SOFTWARE to the third parties. PDASet Software reserves the right to block the functionality of the SOFTWARE copies that are used contrary to the present License Agreement.

You may not transfer to the third parties, copy, replicate or distribute in any form and on any media the SOFTWARE distribution package files without written permission by PDASet Software.

All rights not explicitly granted here are reserved by PDASet Software. PDASet Software reserves the right to cancel this License Agreement for any future version of the SOFTWARE.

Installing and/or using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement you must remove the SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use the SOFTWARE.
